All tattoo appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover drawing time and lost appointment availability. Deposits may be transferred to a new date if at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Failure to attend your appointment or giving less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel online bookings within 14 days unless the service has already begun with your consent. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that tattoo services are scheduled for a specific date and time and may begin within this 14-day period, which waives your right to cancel once work has started.
Due to the nature of tattooing and strict hygiene regulations, completed tattoo services are non-refundable. Design work started after booking is non-refundable. No refunds are offered for dissatisfaction with artistic style once work has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights.
